Poor Service and affecting my Credit Profile

Bad experience I will advise not to take a cellphone contract with them I app**** for Cell C contract in 2020 with Cellphone and paid it off I did sent them proof of payment, and they accepted it but they haven't updated my credit profile at Credit Bureau. 2021 I send them an email requesting to update my profile they confirmed it's updated but even today it is not updated. Poor Customer Service, they even refuse to cancel my contract kept on debiting money after I paid off the contract.
