poor service and advise, communication and repairs
I was sold a refurbished iPhone 12 that was represented as “as good as new.” It developed serious faults and ultimately failed due to a confirmed hardware issue.
Cell C’s repair process has been chaotic and ineffective — the phone was booked in, delayed repeatedly, and ultimately returned without being repaired, despite full compliance from my side. I was never advised upfront of critical requirements, and communication has been inconsistent and misleading.
No loan phone was offered, no proper complaints channel provided, and no urgency shown. I am paying monthly for a phone I do not have and have lost all trust in Cell C.
Strongly discourage anyone from using Cell C.
