Poor service and advertising

Im due for an upgrade and have been into 4 Cell C stores in kzn who all have the same \I dont know"attitude. I was asked to leave my details at each store and not a single call was received to give me feedback. I went in on a monday and was told that stock would be received on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago and still no feedback. Why advertise a product if you cannot meet the customer service to deliver? """
