Poor service all the time

Cell c is disgusting 🤢 their service is very poor. I have called in earlier today to do a simswap i was told on the system it shows that my contract sim is a. Prepaid. Was told the manager will call me to solve my quiry. To be honest i am still with cell c be cause i renewed my contract. My advise is cell. C. Is a no go area its either the manager will call u back or there's no manager on the floor. BAD SERVICE EVER.
