Poor Service Again and Again from CELL C

I've had THE most frustrating time with Cell C over the last 3 weeks. I moved our business account over to my personal name and upgraded the contract with which I received a new phone. I've been trying to return the phone for 3 weeks (initially well within my 7 day period which has now lapsed). I have struggled to get through to the right person at the call centre, been put on hold numerous times only to be cut off. Over two consecutive days I spoke to at least 6 people. Twice It's been confirmed that the courier will be coming to collect.... and I still wait. The last person I spoke to was at least helpful enough to keep me chatting till 1pm that day when I could be transferred to the correct department when they opened. Upon transfer I was told the Team Leaders who dealt with my query were in a meeting till 2pm and someone would definately call me back..... that was a week ago and I'm still waiting. Just shocking service all round! The joke is that yesterday I got a sales call to upgrade my contract.... when I tried to tell the lady my issues she said she was in sales and couldn't help. So.. here I sit with a phone I don't want, still SEALED in the BOX, never opened, not once.... but no one well help. Although I was told on numerous times that due to the fact the box and seal were unopened I'd have NO problem returning it no matter how long after delivery.

Do I spend another hour of my life calling into the call centre to be cut off, speak to 5 different people who take down my info AGAIN only to wait another week?

So sick of poor service. Just wish people would follow through on their commitments when they say they will call you back. Seems as I'm no longer a business account holder my business doesn't matter.
