Poor service

I am very ****ed with this network, they too quick to bill hence cannot resolve a simple network problem. The level of bad attitude I get from the consultants, God deal with them especially Karabo who decided to hang up on me while I waited for over 20 minutes to be assisted. I would never recommend Cell C to anyone this network is useless honestly. I have not been able to use my data for 2 weeks now, I have tried all the steps they have sent and still not winning. They keep on telling me about migration bla bla making their problem mine. I have tried being nice and understanding but this is too much now. Team leaders promise to call which they never do.I am glad my contract is ending in July I am done doing business with you. Come the 28th they will bill me for the benefits I didn't even enjoy. Cell C has a poor network and service. I have logged a call with the technical support and I am still expected to follow up nobody bothers to update me.
