Poor service

I have agreed to a contract with cell c September 2022 few days after I received my phone the courier guy called and told me he has a delivery for me I told him I got my phone with sim card I am fine the following day I got a call from cell c telling me the sim card is free n I took it something didn't seat well with me I called n inquire about it n to my surprise it was included to my bill I tried to cancel it n the call kept cutting from their side,fine I left it like that on 1st November I transferred money into their account November the 3rd they debited my account science November the 4th been trying to get my refund till today I am not getting any help all I am getting is them calling Me telling me I owe them money this my account is overdue I have been emailing my proof of payment dololo help from cell c
