Poor service

I am so disappointed with cell c after being a loyal client for so many years and I missed my payments because I lost my job and I informed them. On the day my contract was cancelled I received a call from them and made payment arrangement informed but they still cuty line without even informing me. My question is why make payment arrangements if you know you cutting my line that day.
