POOR SERVICE
I am very dissatisfied with cell c service . I regret for taking contract with them . I have bn with CELL C FOR MORE 12 years and my contract was terminated without being informed in writing . On 12 May 2021 I submitted query regarding to get my number back as prepaid ***) (REF NO *** )my matter was closed without being notified. I was advised to settle my account before I can get help. payment was made in full. and I am struggling to get assistance regarding the matter. I was given multiple ref nos but they cant help regarding the matter. *** *** *** ***
