poor service
i was told i would be called in three to four hours on the 23 of June with a rma number to cancel my contract , today is the 30 June and no one has contacted me , the service that is given is terrible , i have been told on a number of occasions that i would be called back but no one ever returns a call , why do ur agents promise and under deliver ?
