Poor Service
Still waiting on feedback regarding case number *** since 13th December. Cell C is quick to contact you regarding a new contract or upgrade but the minute you have a query you get the runaround

04 Jan 2021, 13:00Good Morning. Still no feedback from Cell C. This service is shocking and I'm thinking of cancelling all 5 my contracts. I will keep on exposing Cell C on this platform if this matter is not resolved asap.
