**** poor service

I can't even describe how terrible the service is from cell c it's taken them over 3 months to change my account from debit order to EFT and it's still not been sorted out and every month I get charged late fees because cell c customer care can't do their Jobs, I could get service in a war zone but if I don't pay they very quick to contact customers to pay there account cell c is by far the worst service provider as they supply no service.
