Poor service

I hav been a loyal cell c customer for the past 10 yes. This was the 1st time I had an issue. I took a contract on a zflip 3 months down the line the phone packed up. Cell c tried to get me to pay for clearly was not my fault I then called Samsung they took over and helped me. This happened in March I still do not hav my phone. I m so disappointed with cell c it's not even funny the way they handled the whole thing showed me how much they do not care abt their customers. As for the customer service they are the worst especially the so called managers. I think trying to speak to Ramaphosa is easier. I will never ever use them ever again and I don't recommend anybody to do so. Needless to say I m still waiting for my phone. CCD436858
