Poor service

On the 28th September 2023 I complained about your Customer Service, a lady/gentleman G Ntombela tried to contact me and could'nt get hold on me and I sent him/her an email with alternative numbers to call however everytime when I answer my phone the call drops. Now I'm being charged R70 for the debit order that bounced and that wasn't my fault, how am I being charged? I've done my part by calling very early to notify you that if you debit earlier than the 25th there won't be any money in my account (***). I really don't think its late for me to take these phones back if you can not own up to a mistake that was done by your customer service that needs training.
