POOR SERVICE
CELL C has poor service, i have since paid up my account with them in September, however their legal team can not seem to send me my settlement letter.
i called in on Tuesday with case number. *** however they still can not send me that letter. i am on the verge of losing a job and you guys can not seem to take this serious.

on Friday Palesa called me to confirm that i will be getting my settlement letter before the end of business. however i still have not received the settlement letter, I did mention that this is affecting my job. i will lose my job if i can not prove that i have settled this account.
