Poor service

Good morning

My complain today is regarding Cell C.On 16 April 2025 I called in to put a 30 days notice to inform them that end of May it's my last payment and they should convert my sim card to be a prepaid.now i am suprise, I have been hand over to mbd collection call center, this is bull****, without any communication from support or customer care and 3 years contract should be terminated,
