POOR SERVICE

As per my last review, Cell C emailed me demanding payment of R3 348050, and a number to call if I need clarity, I called asking for the name addressed on the email, I was told they don't know that person. I needed to know what I am paying exactly. The person could not even find the trail of emails previously communicated with them, nothing referring to this case sh then dropped my call. My argument is that I asked for insurance and was undercharged how is that my fault then when I realized the fault I again emailed them to ask them to amend the premium already in March last year, which was ignored. Now nobody can answer my question about this payment.
