Poor service

I took out a data contract 2018. I've been paying ridiculous amounts even though my contract has ended. I've called I don't know how many times to have it canceled. The calls are not going through . I've been trying for this year's. This mornings included. I have 3 contracts with and at this point. I'm considering taking My business elsewhere.
