Poor service

Hi I still waiting for my query regarding my numbers with cell C but nothing has been done, have made numerous payment arrangements with them thy don't debit my account, n worse of them all last year I was around September I received n email from vvm saying they handed over my account to them after making payment arrangement. Then this year one of their consultant called me asked if I had new simcards with me so tht she can assist with Sim swapping my numbers I told her I didn't have she then referred me to cellc outlet of which I went to Golden walk Germiston n I was told tht I was not going to be able to do d Sim swap on my numbers can u pls assist coz thy deleted my numbers after making payment arrangement with their collection agent nonhlanhla she even sent me n email on hw m I going to pay my account I need my numbers back cell C pls.
