Poor service

I am still waiting for my June debit order to go off as it has not done so due to your technical clich I have called 6 times only to be tld it will run agin this evening Please have someone call me to sort this out as its YOUR money !!!!! Absolutely poor service once again, nothing uncommon As soon as my contract has reached maturity in August i WILL cancell all
