Poor service.

I am currently experiencing some issues with regards to my cell c contract in which I would like to make payment arrangements. I contacted the customer service department in which I explained my delema and an dispute was lodged for me on the 29th of April where the back office would contact me within 24 to 48 hours.

Because of financial issues that I face I need to budget and make these arrangements as soon as possible. However it's been five days since I have received any feedback with regards to my matter. And I have already called 3 times for get feed back. All the useless agents says is that it's been flagged and an email sent, they do not say who the email is sent to. On Wednesday the 5/5/2021 when I called I was assured that I will be concated the very same day, yet here I am, still waiting. All I've received from cell c is false promises and misinformation. I've been a loyal customer for almost five years and this is how I'm being treated.
