Poor service!

I am extremely angry, i thought my query was resolved after i spoke with Danielle Abraham's who reassured me that my contract is indeed a month to month contract, that i do not owe cell c and that the payment date has been changed however when i called today i am told my account is still in arrears by Tamia Jutsha, i did not understand her explanation as she kept contradicting herself, i asked to speak to her manager and i recieved a call from Kedibone who insists i still owe cell c money, she said there is a penalty fee however i make a cash payment, further more i was informed in February that my account is up to date, the manager kept quiet when i was telling her what happened and whom i spoke with, she remained silent for over 10 minutes with no reason provided and without resolving ny problem, i therefore want to cancel my contract, the incompetency is overwhelming
