Poor service
I’ve been asking for a paid up letter since the 13th of January 2022 for an account which was handed over to SSDA and I’ve paid it off and sent proof of payments and statement to CELL C . I don’t understand why everything has to be a hassle with you guys . Please furnish me with a paid up letter .

No one has made contact , I’ve sent countless emails , I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for you guys to furnish me with a paid up letter . I’ve emailed the statements and everything else to cell c . As per the Regulator I have a right to get a paid up letter from you guys . I’ll be escalating this provided no one still bothers to make contact
