Poor service

Vuyo Mabanga I have reported a ********** account in my name , sent all required documents to their ***** department. Second time I went to their head office where I was attended to by service customer rep. I still had to submit required documents for the second time around. I was given a reference number but still my account was debited yesterday. No one has bothered to call me.
