poor service
I app**** for a new contract with cell c over a week ago and for every time I call about the status of my contract I get sent from pillar to post. One minute I'm told my fone is approved and on it's way, the next I'm told it's with validation. Seriously? I am an existing cell c customer and I just upgraded and app**** for a second contract. Clearly it was a huge mistake maintaining my relationship with cell c.
