Poor service

I received a call from Milton Siwela in the middle of January Asking if I'd like to open a contract with c cell... The handset I chose was blackberry z3. I received a sms there after saying that the handset is out of stock and there might be a delay in my order. Since then I have not received any call or sms keeping me up to date. I had to use my airtime calling there call centre to find out whether they have stock or not. Whenever I call someone is passing the buck. I have even request for Milton to call me back on two occasions so that I can change the handset. It's the 5th of February no handset no feedback. Cell C service is poor if I knew this is how they do business I would not have agreed to opening a contract with them. I regret doing business with them.
