Poor service

I was at cell c store Benoni It's where I get a bad service from the lady who was assisting me in the she was acting like she's lazy,sick mad 😡 she give me attitude deserve work as a cashier not have she does not have a good communication to the customer she don't have good service I even ask her name she give me attitudes I think one of the manager became the try to assist but also he was behave the same two of them they were looking like they are boyfriend and girlfriends that's why that store I don't think it's making sales always when I came no customers inside that store I think the main the management of the store they're not right I hate what they did poor service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

No I didnot get help about what I was there for porting SIM ard I was there to do a portme from telkom to cell c I was not hav ng proof of residence on my hands but I have on my phone I was as I did be ore I register SIM card I asked them for email address so that I can send it to them and print it out there she started she started to give me attitude asking me who told me that they are printing bank of statement or proof of residence I reply her that it's not a first time actually you were supposed to tell me in a good way that is no longer allowed because it's not the first time asking to print out things for me which I even do this to telkom store I even do this to MTN even I did it before so it's because now there's a new bosses or management and cachies l,,,I need apology from her I'm expecting call from her and action must be taken against her ,, she embarrassed me I don't think is aware of that been lie in front of me to manager and manager her manager take his side decided not to sell it for me a SIM card or do porting I was so ashamed I even took her pic and ask her name to show that I want to report her she thank I was joking
