Poor Service

I have received a very bad and poor service at Maponya Mall Cell C store. I submitted my phone on the 29th May 2022 for repairs. I did not receive even a single communication from them or their repairs department. I called after 2 weeks and they wanted me to pay R6000 for a phone that lost network. I informed them to send back my phone . Called their call center 3 times and they failed to transfer my calls to their repair department. I've been to Maponya more than once and the only thing they say is that my phone has not arrived. Escalated to their Facebook admin still no constructive feedback received. I will block the debit order and move to a different network. Can't take this poor service anymore.
