poor service

i had my phone pick pocketed almost 3 weeks ago and cell has done nothing to help me i got the run around and no help. i had to go to a store for documents because they didn't send it. now they are not getting any documents from me. am losing business because of this and they don't care. i spoke to Portia who gave me the run around about speaking to team leader who was suppose to be in a meeting until 10 but then made me hold for over 15 mins for nothing and asked me for a cell number to call me back on what phone i don't know . she couldn't care or bother to help me
