Poor service

I PREVIOUSLY HAD A CONTACT WITH CELL C WHICH WAS PAID UP IN 2020 OCTOBER. HOWEVER THE ACCOUNT IS STILL ON MY REPORT 6 YEARS LATER CELL C HAS FAILED TO DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN UPDATING THE ACCOUNT AS PAID UP AND CLOSED. I HAVE REQUESTED A PAID UP LETTER WHICH I KNOW WILL NOT BE ASSISTED WITH AS THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
