Poor service
<p>I have a Cat on contract sent the first one away for repairs they replaced it about 3 and a half months ago with a new phone as it was un repairable . Had the new phone 2 months speaker just stopped working sent it away. Recieves it back last week was not repaired when i enquired why they said they phoned me i didnt answer so they declined quote to have fixed . Seriously this is a new phone why should i even pay for repairs it this new phone they supp**** is faulty. </p>

When a device is booked in for repairs it is assessed and a quote is generated based on the findings, then the customer is notified about the quote and a decision of proceeding with the repairs will be taken based on whether the customer accepts or rejects the quote.
