Poor service
I apply for a new contract that was approved. I wait 4 days and I phoned them they inform me it takes 7 working days.I have never waited that long for delivery.Why the wait as it was approved.I am very disappointed as I am a client of Cell for a long time this is ridiculous

17 Apr 2021, 12:40This service is poor.When I app**** the agent said that was the only phone in stock.After 3 days I phone this consultant never told me it is out of stock or ask if I maybe want change my order he just said I must wait 7 days.The following day I decided to phone again and that consultant give me the same story.When I make a complaint on hellopeter it is the first time I heard that they out of stock.It simple means all the consultants I talk to have **** and misled me with false information this is Poor service straight. AFTER BEING A CLIENT WITH CELL C I DID NOT EXPECT THIS
