Poor service

Bad service. I ordered a Samsung A72 3 weeks ago. I was told that I would receive my device in 3-7 working days. A week later I had not received my device so I phoned to follow up. I was only then told they are out of stock. I mean how can you be out of stock when the phone has just been launched or why do you advertise if you don't have stock of a product? It's now 3 weeks later and still no device received or a word on when I'm getting my phone. Can't complain about service cause there is none.
