POOR SERVICE

Good day

My name is Sinethemba and I had an account with cell c the year 2015, unfortunately i could pay the installment at the time. Around February this year i was, and still shopping for a car and a Cell c account prohibits me from the sale. When i went to both Cell C shops i was not assisted and the workers are rude. All i want to do is settle the outstanding amount. Can someone assist me
