POOR, POOR SERVICE

I have been waiting for a paid up letter that was promised to me last week Monday now when i call the consultants just take my ID number and put me on hold until i drop the call. I've been calling everyday for the past week only to be promised that will get the letter the next day or to be placed on long holds but still nothing even today.

Still no feedback from Cell C, I am soo frustrated i need the letter as in yesterday. I can even pay for it if that's i have to do. I DESPERATELY NEED HELP.
