poor service

Cell c it's the useless network company in South Africa that don't care about customers! I lost my phone and I blocked it and when I call them to do sim swap they tell me that I must go and pay more money or I must take someone's phone and I tell them that I don't have any phone and they tell that I must without my number, I really don't know why this useless when they change anything they don't send anything to us to ask us that are we happy with what they want! They do want they want and when you call you'll be answered by rude employees and you'll report them and I'll do nothing about it! I'm not going to pay for the service I don't have, if they don't do sim swap for me! It is better to take my money to companies that cares for they are customers! I have 8 contacts with them and pay more then R4000 to them about I'm still nothing to them
