Poor service

<p>I switched my contract in January 2017 from another service provider to Cell C. I noticed that my contract premium was not the same as what I agreed to. Cell C noticed that ***** was committed at the branch where I took out the contract and that an additional contract was taken out on my name. Since January I am paying for 2 contracts and my numerous requests to the owner of Cell C Lephalale is only met with promises and no action is done to rectify the situation. I think that they could have rectified the situation in 4 months time!!!</p>

I have decided to write a review every week until you provide me feedback Cell C ..... please do not phone me again with empty promises. I will, as far as possible, warn every person to not even consider Cell c as a provider!!
