Poor service
It's been over a month now this company called cell c thy still struggling to fix my case what does someone have to do in order to get assistance at this company,

16 Jul 2021, 09:42Useless company ever everytime I call I get a new person pretending as if thy dont know what I'm talking about every day I get a new reference and the following day thy tell me thy cnt pick it up the on the system, cell c it's very useless now I'm on my way to their head office I'm really tired of this nonsense, their call centre are very useless thy dont even know their job. I'm not a claent of cell c and I will never be a costumer to this nonsense please.

18 Jul 2021, 00:08I reported a case of ***** a month ago at cell c thy told me to send documents which was affidavit and Id copy to their ***** department and with I did thy responded telling that thy will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours which I gave them time, up to today the matter hasn't been resolved and I really need this to be resolved as I told them my reasons then but clearly thy dont care I wasted a lot of money in trying to call and found out extly what's going on without no response. All the stuff thy failing to help is as if thy want to see people suffering I really need help with this issue. Now all the stuff it's ignoring my email and whnever I call I try explain my story thy keep on transferring me up until I run out of airtime. The service its really bad I wonder how their customers are coping with this kind of treatment, may I should consult with lawyers mayb they will take me serious. This is nonsense
