Poor service

So this is the distraction at the moment I’ve been with cell c for over 5years now,I haven’t been using it for calls nor massages I use it as my WhatsApp number I lost the simcard ,now I’m trying to do sim swap I went to the Carlton centre branch to do sim swap, consult there told me that my SIM card is registered under someone else whom I don’t even knw then they advised me to call the customer care which I did then over the phones I was told my SIM card is not registered under no one.I then get the security questions like the last number I’ve called ? Last recharge,how long have I had the SIM card , the last number I’ve called then I don’t know how was I suppose to remember the last number I’ve called after I mentioned that I haven’t used the simcard for while I however use the number for my WhatsApp

Over the phone I was told to go back to the cell c branch then I don’t know what’s with this back and forth..

Kindly please advise

With regards to security questions I do understand but like I said I barely u to call using the simcard so how am I suppose to remember the last numbers I’ve dialled? How am I suppose to remember the how long I’ve had the simcard?
Time I got the simcard I went with my id and proof of resident to register the SIM card

Today I went to cell I was told simcard is not registered under my number
I then called customer they told me simcard is not registered under someone’s name

I’ve done sim swap before and everything went well I used the very same number and my I’d

What must happen now coz I registered most of my things using this number?

And then what must happen then because I’m the one registered this simcard and been using it all along? How am I being protected from *****? Should I rather leave this network coz clearly I’m not safe with it? I’d rather stick with the providers who will know how to investigate such matters.

Thank you so much and I must say it’s so disappointing to get such response from cell c as I’ve been loyal to you guys clearly people are not safe to use cell c and I hope they get the massage regarding this matter!!!

You can’t even investigated further on how did the simcard got changed from my I’d to someone’s I’d
There’s no protection against ***** here!!!!

It seems like I won’t be helped with my issue here anyway the reason I won’t stop fighting for the number is because I have an ewallet that needs to be accessed but I can’t since I don’t have a simcard and I won’t let my money to disappear just like that
I always get my payment from my clients through ewallet,cash send,send imali..and I can guaratee you now that there’s a payment made via ewallet to this cell c number and Since I can’t get my number back what must happen with my cash on the number?

I realy don’t want to escalate this please do find solution to it that I get my cash then I’ll gladly leave cell c as service provider and hopefully I’ll get a service provider that will protect their clients

Clearly so you won’t even investigate on who is song my number as his/hers? Then you say you protecting us from *****..people are not safe to choose cell c as service provider clearly
