Poor Service

I recently app**** for a contract with Cell C, everything went well until it came to delivering the phone. Apparently the agent I spoke to captured my delivery address wrong and now RAM cant deliver the phone, as Cell C need to update the address from their side. I have spoken to Cell C agents who confirmed that the address has been updated, but RAM says it hasn't. Can I just get my phone already please!!!!!!!!!
