Poor service

<p>I'm being over charged, In December when I was discharged at a hospital when I got home my bbz3 was damaged, went to Carlton center I asked how much I will be charged the guy sad r2000.00 so I decided to take a new phone. I took two one for me and my wife. I was charged around three something for a new collection, after I was debited r700.00 then r600.00 something for two phone I Jan cld I spoke with 2 agents and a manager who explained three different things I let it go. I cld a again today to find out I was being charged for bb10 which I never used and not aware of it, will request my reversal or I will do it every month with my bank. They put sales person in stores to do day light *******. I work hard for that cash.</p>
