Poor service
<p>I opened a contract with Cell C 2016, we live on a farm and struggled with connection problems and they agreed to cancel the contract. In Jan 2017 we didn't use our data device because there was no or very poor signal. Cell c went ahead and debited my account of R520 for data we didn't use? Your Office in port Elizabeth said they will sort it out and i will get refunded which till today i haven't heard a word from after handing in all our e****ent and discarded of the simcard. I would like feedback please, and at least half of the price refunded as we really didn't use data not even mentioning the night time data.</p>

04 Mar 2017, 07:47After my message Cell C got back to me, thank you for that. So after giving my router, ariel and simcard back in January 2017, Cell C went ahead...AGAIN Cell C just went ahead and TOOK without permission R468 from my account, not even R399 according the contract agreement, that was suppose to be canceled. They agreed to transfer the money back, this morning i received a message to say R354 was paid back...so please please tell me where on earth the rest of my money went because this is getting ridiculous.
