Poor service .

<p>HI I have been using cell c for years now and I have never given them any problems on any of my accounts . I have two contracts with them and phone has been giving me a problem so I once sent it for repairs at birch acres mall , it was repaired and I got it back so recently it had a problem with it again so I sent it 2 greenstone branch only to find out that my phone can't be booked for repairs because the tray for the sim/memory card doesn't match with my phone / number of the phone ,I have never changed anything on my phone and I don't know anyone using a similar phone so clearly it was changed on the first repair so now it can't be booked for repaires because of the repair department. I am very unhappy I can't receive or send any emails everything is on pause .... what kind of service is this ..</p>
