Poor service

<p>i'm not satisfied with the feedback provided as this does not make sense at all.. OPEN LINE... you must be kiding me.. i want a statement sent to me. You took the instalment of R423 and i want this account to be closed. i will make sure that i take it to social media as well as the Ombudsman, because everymonth we had problems with Cell C.. not once can i say we were helped and happy about the service..
