Poor service
<p>On the 9th Dec 2016 I opened up a new contract telephonically. The device was delivered to me about a week later. Despite several calls since then and numerous promises I have not received a copy of my contract . The call Centre just makes empty promises. Unfortunately one cannot speak to anyone dealing with complaints as you get shunted from pillar to post..... I'm reporting this to the financial services board</p>
