Poor Service

<p>I am receiving incredible poor service from Cell C, I have a contract and arranged a to make transfers from my acount into Cell C's account, based on numerous sms's received from Cell C to transfer the money giving bank details etc., the line has been cut off, I call the call centre and get told the agreement is that I pay in cash, where have you ever heard of such nonsense?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
