Poor service

<p>Made use of cell c insurance for the past 4years a month ago my phone got ****** .The make of the phone was a blackberry z3 .did all the necessary paperwork that apply when a phone get ****** took me a week to sort out paperwork between police station and cell c shop .As per staff in cell c shop the phone that I have was discontinued so they said I can pick a phone a similar value spoke to consultant at incurance over the phone they said I must first pay my excess befor they can tel me what phone I can choose I then went to pay my excess amount when I was done there they told me I can pick between a mobi cell or some other kind of name I dont evens know or a tablet I then told them I want the huawei p8 which came to the shame value of the amount that I was insured of the incuranse people then told me they dont have stock I then ask if the shop cant give me because they had plenty of stock they said no they must send it from their warehouse they will order it today iam going in for my second month without claiming I phoned to cancel but then i changed my mind not to for two days I been trying to get a hold of insurance company no luck iam so sick already of listening to that old same song I need to claim and get my new phone would apreaciate it if someone can phone me and short my problem out .just dont want to be conned by cell c or else I want my money back with the excess amount for the 4years that ive been with them.swak man *** service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
