Poor service

I have a contract with Cell c . Things were good till this year May when they called me for an upgrade, i agreed but they did not adhear to the agreement. I called them but none of their agents help they all promised to escalatethe matter till i gave up. They decided to charge me more month end of June and told me its for pro-rata. I now received my July statement and they want to charge me more again. i decided to call again on 9 July and they told me that they will send a query and they did. Now today i received a smses that they have cancelled the upgrade request and they took back all the data they have given me nd allocated other things but still the bill is more.

Cell C does not have customer services.. last month i paid for 2 things when i only received one. I am just not happy .. im very angry cause i cant even get hold of them over the phone. Bad service.
