Poor service

Good Day Kindly assist i still a challenge with cellc because when i check on the credit report it shows that my account is in arrears whereas cellc did did not debit on my reason being i don't know end i end up paying via EFT.this is affecting my credit report.

Good Day Kindly assist my issues are not yet resolved please assist if is possible to cancel the contract because I'm not getting any assistance.where I'm sitting now my account are in arrears where else they even deduct money on my account without my approval and on the other hand my house loan was rejected due to issue of arrears on cellc account.and with the amount that I'm paying I'm not getting data which I'm supposed to get.
