Poor service

Today I received a call after the poor service I've received from Cell C the agent advised that the payments a reflecting and their system are at fault . What about the poor service and threat I received from the agent who called me and blocked my line. No one is talking about it and nothing showing the caring about how I feel as a customer. I recorded everything today when I spoke with the two ladies the one called and transfered me to another both of them are saying that the payments are reflecting, but yesterday the payments didn't reflect when I was at the store. What is this with Cell C using payment option that is giving problems ? As I was at the store I was told that my account has been handed over while I have been paying them every month a single payment I've missed. This is affect my credit score negatively I would like to know what will they do about it?
